Detailed step-by-step instructions for each OS, from first install to first launch
Click the "DOWNLOAD (macOS)" button. Lab2Aid-Launcher-1.0.33.dmg (approx. 85 MB) is downloaded.
Double-click the downloaded .dmg file. The disk image opens.
Drag Lab2Aid Launcher.app to the Applications folder, following the arrow shown.
Launch Lab2Aid Launcher from Launchpad or the Applications folder. If you see "can't be opened because the developer cannot be verified":
Fix: System Settings → Privacy & Security → click "Open Anyway" next to "Lab2Aid Launcher was blocked". Then select "Open" in the confirmation dialog.
On first launch your browser opens with the Zitadel sign-in screen. Sign in with your Google or Apple account.
After signing in, a list of available apps (TrueTimer / MultiShell2) is shown. Click "Install" and you're done.
xattr -cr /Applications/Lab2Aid\ Launcher.app in TerminalLab2Aid Launcher.app from the Applications folder to TrashClick the "DOWNLOAD (Windows)" button. Lab2Aid-Launcher-Setup-1.0.33.exe (approx. 75 MB) is downloaded.
When you run the installer, you may see a "Windows protected your PC" warning.
Fix: click "More info" → click the "Run anyway" button. This appears for unsigned or freshly released apps, but it is safe.
The setup wizard launches. Click "Next" and accept the terms of use.
The default C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Programs\Lab2AidLauncher is fine. Click "Browse" to change it.
Click "Finish". Launch Lab2Aid Launcher from the desktop shortcut or the Start menu.
