Your first charge occurs when you confirm your plan. After that, you are billed automatically on the same date each month.
Go to HUB app → Wallet → Plan Management to cancel. Please cancel before your next renewal date. You retain access until the end of your billing period.
Payments are generally non-refundable. However, you can continue using the service until your current billing period ends after cancellation.
We accept credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, etc.), Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Link. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Both plans give you unlimited BASIC AI and the same access to apps and tools. The main PRO difference is unlimited PRO-only Vision AI plus 200 bonus coins automatically granted every month. PRO is recommended for users who use vision-input AI or coin AI heavily.
Coins (Labcoins) are pay-as-you-go credits for using premium AI models. They are purchased separately from your subscription. PRO members receive 200 coins automatically each month. See the Labcoin page for details.
